Invoicing Project

It is recommended to do invoicing projects from the project area. This should be done through the project button on the top right corner of the page, and this helps to keep an eye on all the invoice created for a particular project.

Project invoice informationThere are three forms of structure a project info might take when invoicing a particular project

1.    Single line: This shouldn’t be applied when the project billing is to take hours. Item name: Project name.Description: All tasks, including the total logged time per task

2.    Tasks per item: All the billable tasks per item (This shouldn’t be applied if the billing type is a fixed cost)Item name: Project name and the Task nameDescription: Total logged time

3.    All timesheets individually: This applies to all billable timesheets from the tasks and shouldn’t also be applied if the billing type is again of a fixed cost.Item name: Project name and the Task nameDescription: Timesheet start time, including the end time and total logged time
