New project

To create a new project, go to “projects” from the side menu, then click on the “New project” button on the top left.

Select the Project name, and choose the name of the project which will be visible to the customer.
Select customer and billing type.

There are three billing types for projects. These are auto-selected from the most used billing type.

Note: At first, when creating a new project, the default setting is taken from your last project.
It can be adjusted when/if required. The project currency could be your selected base currency or your customers’ currency.

The currency will be used from the customer's profile if the customer has selected a currency different from your base currency.If your staff members can see all projects, then you need to disable “view” permissions. 
Otherwise, there will be no restrictions on what they might see in the project.
